About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley Speice - founder of Speice Law, PLLC. I’ve been a licensed attorney in Texas for over a decade and have called The Woodlands home for nearly 15 years. Originally from upstate New York, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business from SUNY New Paltz, followed by a Juris Doctor and Master’s of Business Administration from Western New England University.
I began my legal career as a tax attorney, working with small and large businesses, across many industries, including manufacturers, engineers, apparel designers, agriculture businesses, and more. I love solving complex legal issues for my clients and passionate about educating my clients about their different legal options.
At Speice Law, I focus on helping individuals and families create custom estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney. I also assist entrepreneurs and small business owners with LLC formation, contract drafting, and business planning. My goal is always to provide clear, client-centered legal advice that protects what matters most.
I believe every client deserves personalized attention, thoughtful guidance, and a plan tailored to their specific goals - whether you're protecting your family's future or growing your business.
Outside of the office, I’m a wife and mom of two boys. I love to garden, try cooking new recipes, and staying involved in my community. I currently serve on the boards for the Montgomery County Bar Association, Woodlands Bar Association, and the Executive Women’s Alliance. I also am a member of the Junior League of the Woodlands and regularly help out my children’s school.
